How to Compare Supplements

Practical basics come before hype. Use articles to learn better questions, then check the product page before buying.

How to Compare Supplements

Compare the boring stuff first

The boring stuff is usually the useful stuff: ingredient identity, amount per serving, serving size, other ingredients, directions, warnings, and how many servings are in the container.

Do not compare names only

Two products can sound similar and still be very different. One may be a capsule while another is a gummy. One may list individual ingredient amounts while another uses a blend.

Check the routine fit

A product only helps if you can use it consistently and safely. Think about taste, portability, timing, caffeine, sugar, allergies, and whether directions fit your day.

Trust should be specific

Dumb Healthy believes you should know what you are buying. Product-specific testing details should be shared when supporting documents are available.
