1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • High-volume periods may extend processing times.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using standard, expedited, and priority shipping options depending on customer selection at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Weight of the order

  • Destination

  • Shipping method chosen

Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

5. Shipping Delays

Dumb Healthy LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs or government restrictions

Refunds are not issued for carrier-caused delays.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, and delivery areas

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance

Dumb Healthy LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and damaged items

We will assist with a replacement or claim when possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Refunds for initial shipping fees are not provided.

8. International Shipping

9. Order Changes & Cancellations
