Different formats, different jobs
Microgreens and green powders are not the same thing. One is fresh food. The other is a shelf-stable product format. Calling one the automatic winner is not useful. The better question is which one fits your actual routine.
Microgreens
Microgreens can add fresh flavor, color, and texture to meals. They work best when you have access to fresh greens and will use them before they spoil.
Green powders
Green powders are more convenient and easier to store. They can be mixed into drinks or smoothies, but you should still read the ingredient list, serving directions, and warnings.
How to choose
- Choose fresh microgreens if you want food texture and freshness.
- Choose a powder if you need convenience and shelf stability.
- Do not use either one as an excuse to ignore the rest of your diet.
