Chaga in plain English
Chaga is a mushroom commonly sold in capsules, powders, extracts, teas, coffees, and mushroom blends. The useful shopping question is not whether chaga sounds impressive. It is whether the product label tells you enough to compare it.
How to read a chaga label
Check the ingredient name, the amount per serving, the serving size, whether it is a powder or extract, other ingredients, directions, and warnings. If a label mentions standardization, read what it is standardized for and how much is included.
Chaga vs blends
A chaga-only product keeps the comparison simple. A blend may include chaga with lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, turkey tail, or other mushrooms. Blends can be convenient, but the label matters more than the ingredient list length.
